The Forms module in AscensionBot — what it does and how to configure it.

Build your own application form with up to 5 questions — staff recruitment, whitelist requests, or anything that needs structured answers. Members fill it out in a modal window, either through a direct command or by clicking a persistent panel button, so nobody has to memorize commands. Submitted applications land in a review channel where moderators approve or deny with one click, optionally auto-granting a role on approval.
