Birthday tracker

The Birthday tracker module in AscensionBot — what it does and how to configure it.

Members can simply register their own birthday, and the bot automatically checks and posts happy-birthday messages in the configured channel every day. The birthday member can optionally get a temporary role for the day, so everyone can see who to congratulate. A small feature, but it does a lot for community vibe.
